Maharashtra: Setback for MVA as Prakash Ambedkar's VBA decides to go solo in 2024 Lok Sabha elections

Prakash Ambedkar announced names of eight candidates and said one for Ramtek will be announced later in the afternoon.Prakash Ambedkar of the Vanchit Bahujan Aghadi has severed ties with the Maha Vikas Aghadi or MVA in Maharashtra, announcing that the party will go solo in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. This comes a day after the party had given an ultimatum on deciding on his demands for seats.
