Supreme Court slaps Himachal Pradesh housing authority with ₹5 lakh fine

The Supreme Court held that the Himachal Pradesh Housing and Urban Development Authority acted in cahoots with a private company for the award of a tender for the construction of a commercial complex in Shimla.
