NASA and Boeing deliberately sent Sunita Williams and Barry Butch Wilmore to the space station in a death capsule. Even before this flight, two flights of the Starliner spacecraft had malfunctioned. Despite this, NASA gave the green signal to this mission. If the Starliner is not fixed, then NASA will be left with only these four options.
