Don't demoralise engrs: Union to Gagrani on pothole notices

Mumbai: Worried by the spate of show-cause notices recently issued to the civic road department's 13 engineers over potholes in the city, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Engineers' Union has urged BMC commissioner Bhushan Gagrani not to demoralise the staff with such action.
