Kejriwal's case... Doubts arising in succession!
By : Vidya J S
On June 20, the Delhi District Court granted bail to Delhi Chief Minister Kejriwal, who was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate in the liquor policy case . The enforcement department approached the Delhi High Court the very next day seeking a stay on the order. The High Court immediately accepted the case for trial and suspended Kejriwal's bail.
