Tamannaah Bhatia leases Rs 18 lakhs office, mortgages flats for Rs 7.84 crores: Reports

Luxury Office Space in Juhu Tara: The actress reportedly leased a 6,065-square-foot commercial property in Mumbai’s affluent Juhu Tara area. The five-year lease agreement with Nanavati Construction comes at a monthly rent of Rs 18 lakh. The rent is subject to an increase in the fourth and fifth years, reaching Rs 20.16 lakh and Rs 20.96 lakh per month, respectively. The deal was reportedly finalised on June 27th, with Bhatia paying a security deposit of Rs 72 lakh.
