Devara vs Stree 2 vs Jawan Day 1 collection: NTR Jr and Janhvi Kapoor starrer “Devara” delivered a strong box office opening as it garnered around ₹77 crore on Day 1 of its release. The movie has surpassed the box office opening collection of both Shraddha Kapoor's Stree 2 and Shah Rukh Khan's Jawan. The horror-comedy “Stree 2: Sarkate Ka Aatank” grossed ₹46 crore on its release day, while the action thriller “Jawan”, which once had the biggest opening day collection in the history of Hindi cinema in the country, had collected ₹75 crore on day one.
