Major UPI app outage affects users across India | List of apps, service hit

There was a significant UPI app outage on Saturday, and many users reported that they couldn't send or receive money. The majority of the impacted apps were associated with banking and UPI services, per data from Downdetector. Unbiased, open user complaints and problems gathered from the internet serve as the foundation for Downdetector's operation. It shows the most frequently reported issues and enables users to submit concerns with applications.

Interface for Unified Payments (UPI)- UPI is a real-time payment system that makes it easier for customers to transact with each other and with merchants. Near 1 PM, more than 2,324 reports about platform problems were filed.

Google Pay- There have also been reports of outages with Google Pay, which allows users to send and receive money. The majority of the 465 complaints were about unsuccessful payments.

The Paytm- About 60% of the 60 reports that Paytm got had to do with unsuccessful payments.
