India slams Pak army chief, says ‘Kashmir's only relation with them is…’

India has denied remarks made by Pakistani army chief Asim Munir that Kashmir was the "jugular vein" of Islamabad. Pakistan's "only relationship with Kashmir" is to leave the illegally occupied land, the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) told reporters in a sharply worded statement. "What is a foreign object in a jugular vein? This is an Indian Union Territory. The vacation of Pakistan's unjustly acquired regions is its only relationship with that nation," Jaiswal stated.
His comments follow hours after a video went viral in which Munir urged Pakistanis to tell their children the story of how the country came to be.
''Our forefathers thought we were different from Hindus in every possible aspect of life," stated Munir. "We have various religious beliefs, different cultures, different customs, different ideas, and different goals. The two-nation theory's foundation was established there. We are two nations, we are not one nation.”
