Robert Vadra links Pahalgam terror attack to Hindu-Muslim ‘divide’, BJP reacts

Businessman Robert Vadra sparked controversy on Wednesday with his comments about the Pahalgam terrorist attack, attributing the tragedy to growing tensions between Hindus and Muslims in India. He claimed that the government's emphasis on Hindutva was making minorities feel uncomfortable and dangerous. Vadra said such attacks represent a deepening gap and urged the government to safeguard all citizens while maintaining secularism.
"In our country, we see that this government will discuss Hindutva, and minorities feel uncomfortable and concerned when you do a mosque survey or tell people they cannot pray in this or that way... If you deconstruct the terrorist attack that occurred, why are they (terrorists) searching into people's identities? Because there has been a rift in our country between Hindus, Muslims, and Christians," Vadra told ANI.
Robert Vadra stated that the incident sends a message to the Prime Minister, since minorities feel vulnerable, and urged the government to protect security and secularism.
