Live updates on the Pahalgam terror assault: Tensions between India and Pakistan have risen as Islamabad has once again breached the truce. Pakistani forces launched unprovoked small-arms fire across the Line of Control in locations adjoining Kupwara and Baramulla, as well as Akhnoor, during the night of April 28 and 29. The Jammu and Kashmir Assembly held a special session on Monday to discuss the April 22 terror incident in Baisaran, near Pahalgam. Rishi Bhatt claimed that the operator did not chant while his wife, son, and four others crossed. "But when I was on the zipline, he said it (Allahu Akbar) thrice, and then the firing started," Bhatt told me.
