Delhi High Court chastises Baba Ramdev: 'Not in anyone's control.'

The Delhi High Court chastised Yoga practitioner Ramdev on Thursday for making the'sharbat jihad' comment, stating he is not controlled by anyone and lives in his own universe. Baba Ramdev, the founder of the gigantic Patanjali FMCG empire, made the controversial remark about Hamdard's Rooh Afza, sparking a great outrage.
The Delhi High Court announced its intention to issue a contempt notice against Ramdev for his failure to comply by its order requiring him to make an undertaking that he would not release any such remarks, ads in the future concerning a competitor's product. "Paragraph 18 was the requirement, and he did not comply with it. The affidavit you filed is prima facie evidence of contempt. "He's not in control of anyone," Justice Amit Bansal stated.
The court issued the statement after Hamdard's counsel submitted that Ramdev, in accordance with the court's order, issued another video claiming that Hamdard's profits are being diverted to build madrassas and masjids, and that their trust is in Mughal Aurangzeb, whereas Patanjali's trust is in Lord Ram.
