9,262 Teachers Transferred via Mutual Swap Within the District

Orders for the mutual transfer of 9,262 teachers from primary and upper primary council schools within the district were issued on Monday. A total of 4,636 teacher pairs were formed for these intra-district mutual transfers.

In a mutual transfer, teachers form a pair based on mutual agreement to switch schools and then apply online. The Basic Education Department has instructed that all transferred teachers must report to their new schools between June 11 and June 15. These orders were officially released by Director of Basic Education, Pratap Singh Baghel.

The release of these orders has brought relief to the teachers. Online applications for intra-district mutual transfers were accepted from May 29 to June 6. Teachers had themselves formed the required transfer pairs.

Meanwhile, mutual transfer orders for teachers moving from one district to another were issued about a week earlier. For these inter-district transfers, 3,687 teacher pairs were created, benefiting a total of 7,374 teachers.

The timely issuance of these orders ensures a smoother transition process for teachers ahead of the new academic session.
