India vs England Live Score Updates, 5th Test Day 3 (India National Cricket Team vs England National Cricket Team): Yashasvi Jaiswal scored the sixth century of his Test career, fourth against England, to lead India’s charge in the second dig of the 5th Test. This was after India captain Shubman Gill fell first ball after the lunch break. Earlier, Akash Deep scored his maiden Test fifty as India dominated the morning session of the third day’s play in which they scored 114 runs for the loss of one wicket.
Akash’s innings was the highlight of the session and together with Jaiswal stitched a century stand for the third wicket.
On Day 2, Jaiswal capitalised on two chances to score a quick half-century and transformed India’s first-innings deficit into a 52-run lead against England by the end of the Day 2 of the 5th Test at The Oval. It was a day dominated by the bowlers with as many as 15 wickets falling on a challenging pitch.
