Haryana govt trying to bridge gap between public and private education: Chief Secretary
By establishing the Model Sanskriti and Saarthak Model schools, the state government is attempting to close the gap between public and private education, according to Chandigarh, Haryana Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi on Monday. According to him, the government intends to establish a Model Sanskriti School every ten kilometers in Haryana, providing students from economically disadvantaged areas with an excellent and reasonably priced education.
Rastogi, who was the main guest at an interactive event at PM SHRI Government Model Sanskriti Senior Secondary School in Bataur village, Panchkula, emphasized the value of hard effort, dedication, and self-confidence in reaching great heights.
He spoke with students in Class 12 and encouraged them to take advantage of the opportunities offered by government model schools. "These schools are designed to nurture talent that may otherwise go unnoticed due to financial constraints," he stated. Additionally, the chief secretary pledged to donate ₹51,000 from his pay to the school's innovative initiatives.
