Hari Hara Veera Mallu Day 2 Box Office Drops; Mints This Amount
Hari Hara Veera Mallu – Part 1: Sword vs Spirit saw a notable decline in box office collections on Day 2 (Friday), earning ₹6.17 crore and bringing its total domestic collection to ₹53.67 crore. This dip follows an impressive ₹12.75 crore preview (Wednesday) and a blockbuster ₹34.75 crore opening day (Thursday).
Despite strong regional support, especially in the Telugu market, Friday’s slowdown signals waning momentum. The Telugu version continues to dominate, contributing ₹34.65 crore out of Thursday’s total, while dubbed versions in Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam have had minimal impact.
Theatre Occupancy Slips on Day 2
Theatre occupancy reflected the drop, with Telugu 2D shows averaging 17.75% in the morning, 20.17% in the afternoon, and 27.21% by evening. Among key cities, Mahbubnagar surprisingly led with 45.33% occupancy, followed by Warangal (31%), Hyderabad (25.67%), Vijayawada (25.33%), and Kakinada (26.33%). In contrast, metros like Mumbai (12.67%) and Delhi NCR (7%) lagged significantly.
About the Film

However, the steep Day 2 decline raises concerns about the film’s long-term performance. All eyes are now on the weekend to determine whether Hari Hara Veera Mallu can recover its initial momentum.
