French IT services giant Capgemini has announced a $3.3 billion all-cash deal to acquire technology outsourcing firm WNS. The acquisition aims to broaden Capgemini's portfolio of AI-powered solutions for businesses.

According to the company, the move will enable Capgemini to establish a robust consulting and business services arm focused on enhancing operational efficiency and cost optimization through advanced artificial intelligence technologies—including generative AI and agentic AI. The group expects strong investment momentum in these AI areas from enterprise clients.
