One of Donald Trump's major plans is to eliminate taxes for anybody making less than $150,000.

US President Donald Trump wants to eliminate the tax on individuals making less than $150,000 (more than 1.3 crore) annually. In an interview with CBS, Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick stated that he is trying to make Trump's vision a reality.

"How about tips not being taxed? What if overtime was tax-free? Why not social security? Lutnick remarked, "How about all those things? These are the kinds of ideas that will transform America." "I am aware of [Trump's] objective: no taxes for those earning less than $150,000 annually. That's what he wants. I'm working toward it," he continued.

Lutnick went on to defend Trump's economic plans, saying that even if they cause a recession, they are "worth it." These policies include a trade battle with Canada, Mexico, and other countries. "The most significant thing America has ever had is these policies. "Only because of the Biden bullshit we had to put up with could there possibly be a recession. These policies generate income. They generate growth. They manufacture factories that are being constructed here," he stated.
