CBSE meets with officials to talk about how to stop false information concerning board exams from spreading.
To combat the spread of "wrong claims" regarding board exams, including paper leaks, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) met with representatives from the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In) and leaders of many social media platforms on Friday, officials announced.
The discussion took place on Thursday night in reaction to recent recordings that went viral showing instructors from different coaching centers asserting that they were aware of the subjects and questions that will be covered in board tests in advance. Concerns regarding the integrity of the test procedure were raised by several teachers who even claimed that papers had been leaked.
Exam preparation is done at the war level by CBSE. Every government apparatus at the federal and state levels provides support in this area. "To address and tackle the spread of false claims about CBSE board exams on social media, we have called a coordination meeting with CERT-In officials and heads of various social media giants," a top CBSE official stated on condition of anonymity.
