CBSE set to launch Parenting Calendar 2025-26 on March 28

A unique step that aims to foster a strong partnership between parents and educators to "foster an environment where children can explore their potential and thrive holistically," the Parenting Calendar for the 2025–26 academic year will be officially launched by the Central Board of Secondary Education, or CBSE, on Friday, March 28, 2025, at 4 PM on the CBSE's official YouTube channel.

According to the CBSE, the fundamental tenet of the Parenting Calendar is that parents have a significant influence on their children's intellectual, social, and emotional growth. According to the board, the family environment establishes the groundwork for resilience, creativity, and critical thinking, while schools offer the knowledge and skills necessary for development.

The Parenting Calendar aims to support children' holistic development and aligns with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. Notably, CBSE added that the Parenting Calendar will have organized meetings, orientations, and activities to promote genuine communication between parents and schools.
