Congress MLAs from Madhya Pradesh demonstrate with rubber snakes: The BJP occupies government positions like snakes
Congress lawmakers accused the BJP-led state administration of waiting on government employment openings like a snake and protested with plastic snakes in the Madhya Pradesh assembly complex on Tuesday.
Congress MLAs, led by Leader of Opposition Umang Singhar, gathered in front of Mahatma Gandhi's statue with plastic snakes in baskets and raised slogans, accusing the state government of failing to provide jobs to the youth of the state.
"The state's jobless youth are being bitten like a serpent by the BJP government. This administration is sitting on job openings like a snake. Therefore, we staged this symbolic demonstration to bring the government's attention to the problem of unemployment," he stated.
