Yogi Adityanath vs MK Stalin over 3-language debate in Tamil Nadu: ‘Political black comedy’

In response to Uttar Pradesh counterpart Yogi Adityanath's remarks regarding the three-language debate, Tamil Nadu chief minister MK Stalin criticized him on Thursday, calling his remarks "political black comedy." According to MK Stalin, the Bharatiya Janata Party is becoming uneasy as Tamil Nadu's demand for a fair deal in language policy and delimitation gains national attention.

The BJP is obviously shaken by Tamil Nadu's reasonable and robust stance on #FairDelimitation and #TwoLanguagePolicy, which is reverberating across the country. Simply watch the interviews with their leaders. And now the Honorable Yogi Adityanath wishes to give us a hate speech? Don't hurt us. Stalin commented on X (previously Twitter): "This is political black comedy at its darkest, not irony."

"We fight chauvinism and imposition, not any particular language. This is not a politics of rioting for votes. "This is a fight for justice and dignity," Stalin continued in his statement.
