Seven important facts concerning Starlink's satellite internet service as it approaches its launch in India

In order to prepare for the long-awaited launch of its satellite internet service, Starlink, into the lucrative Indian telecom sector, Elon Musk's SpaceX has signed significant commercial agreements with two of the nation's telecom behemoths.

 Reliance Industries' Jio Platforms and Bharti Airtel both announced within hours of one another that they had inked separate, non-exclusive contracts with SpaceX to introduce Starlink to India.
