According to an email sent to staff members, IT behemoth Infosys has notified them that it will be using "system interventions" to require them to work from the office at least ten days per month. The regulation intends to limit the amount of days people work from home each month, according to an email distributed by functional leaders to their colleagues. The interventions will take effect on March 10, 2025.
"System interventions will be put in place to restrict the amount of work-from-home days that can be used each month beginning March 10, 2025, in order to enable thi. "These steps are intended to guarantee adherence to the new hybrid work requirements while preserving employees' flexibility."
The email went on to state, "As you are aware, our hybrid work model requires employees to work from the office at least ten days per month, or as per business requirements, whichever is higher."
