Sebi suspends trading of Bharat Global Developers shares over financial misrepresentation

Markets regulator Sebi on Monday suspended trading in Bharat Global Developers Ltd (BGDL) for financial misrepresentation, misleading disclosures, price manipulation, and offloading shares at inflated prices.
