Low in calories but rich in volume, high-fibre foods prolong feelings of fullness and prevent overeating. This promotes weight control, which is crucial for managing diabetes. Maintaining satiety is facilitated by consuming foods high in fiber, such as mixed berries, sweet potatoes, and artichokes.
