Ghee: Is it the "safest food to have"? According to the doctor, start using ghee instead of oil for this reason.

Ghee gives food a unique flavor and has been used for millennia in Ayurvedic treatment and Indian cooking. But is ghee actually good for you? When Dr. Tarang Krishna, a cancer specialist, advised individuals to include ghee in their diet, he revealed that it is actually superior to oil on a recent episode of the Figuring Out With Raj Shamani podcast.
"Ghee is very, very good and important," stated Dr. Tarang Krishna. At my house, we solely use ghee in our food. Ghee is the greatest of all the oils. The oil industry initiated the entire anti-ghee campaign by asserting that it causes obesity and raises triglycerides and lipid profiles.
"When you reuse oil, these (lipid profile and triglycerides) increase," he continued. When cooking, oil should only be used once. At a high boiling point, ghee is the only substance that does not break even. The safest and most pleasant food is ghee. Nothing bad will ever happen to you if you put a spoonful of ghee on your food.
