KOLKATA: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will set up a commission to probe atrocities committed in Sandeshkhali and send Trinamool Congress chief Mamata Banerjee to jail if the party comes to power in West Bengal, BJP leader Suvendu Adhikari said on Tuesday.
