A delegation of Congress MPs filed a police complaint on Thursday, alleging 'misbehaviour’ with Mallikarjun Kharge inside the Parliament's premises. The complaint came hours after the BJP alleged that Rahul Gandhi pushed and injured MP Pratap Sarangi.
