Maharashtra: 3 youths drown to death in Pune's Indrayani River

At least three young individuals drowned in the Kinhai village's Indrayani River in Pune district on Friday evening, said an official. Gautam Kamle, Rajdilip Achme, and Akash Vittal Gode were identified as the deceased; they were all from Pune's Gurukul Chikhali neighborhood.
Three of the four or five youngsters who came to swim in the Indrayani River in Kinhai village drowned, according to Vikram Bansode, Senior Police Inspector at the Dehu Road Police Station in Pimpri-Chinchwad.
Locals, the fire department, and the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) arrived at the scene after learning of the situation. The bodies of all three youngsters were found and sent to Yashwantrao Chavan Memorial (YCM) Hospital for additional treatments.
