Maha's award of the Dharavi redevelopment project to Adani Group will be reviewed by the SC.

NEW DELHI In addition to ordering Adani Properties Ltd. to keep an escrow account open for all project-related financial transactions, the Supreme Court on Friday agreed to reconsider the Maharashtra government's decision to award the Dharavi Redevelopment Project in Mumbai to Adani Properties.

Additionally, the top court ordered the contract award to Adani Realty subject to its final orders after admitting a plea filed by SecLink Technologies Corporation (STC). Prior to a second round of bidding, which gave the contract to Adani Properties, a bench consisting of Chief Justice of India Sanjiv Khanna and Justice Sanjay Kumar noted an undertaking by STC, which had been the highest bidder in the first round of bidding.
