Telangana: 3 children die after eating poisoned food, mother battles for life

In Telangana's Sangareddy district, three children were discovered dead under suspicious circumstances on Friday morning, and their mother is fighting for her life in the hospital after they consumed poisoned curd rice the night before, according to the police. Reports of the incident came from Ameenpur's Raghavendra Colony, which is outside of Hyderabad.

"According to Naresh, the family's neighbors called him early in the morning to report the event. "When we arrived, we discovered the children—two sons, ages eight and twelve, and a daughter, age ten—lying lifeless on the beds with white foam on their mouths. "The unconscious woman was taken to the hospital right away," he said.

The toddlers had perished after consuming curd rice laced with poison, according to preliminary investigations. It was also discovered that the woman, a private school teacher, had eaten the same meal.
