Telangana Assembly passes resolution urging Centre to confer Bharat Ratna on Manmohan Singh

Hyderabad: The Telangana Assembly on Monday paid rich tributes to the former prime minister of India, Dr Manmohan Singh, and passed a resolution unanimously urging the Centre confer upon him the country's highest civilian honor, the Bharat Ratna.
