Congress leader calls cricketer Rohit Sharma ‘fat’, BJP reacts sharply: ‘90 election losses’

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) reacted sharply when Congress spokesman Dr. Shama Mohamed referred to Indian cricket team skipper Rohit Sharma as "overweight" and "the most unimpressive captain India has ever had."
Following Rohit Sharma's dismissal following 15 runs off 17 balls in Sunday's ICC Champions Trophy match against New Zealand, the Congress leader made the remark. In an attack on Sharma, Mohamed wrote on X, "Rohit Sharma is fat for a sportsman!" even though India won the game by 44 runs. Weight loss is necessary! And, of course, India's most underwhelming captain ever!
"Compared to his predecessors, what makes him so exceptional? In another post, she said, "He is a mediocre player who was fortunate enough to be the captain of India. He is also a mediocre captain."
