
Was the murder of Congress employee Himani Narwal prearranged? What police say following a first inquiry

Police are looking into the impromptu death of Congress worker Himani Narwal in Rohtak, Haryana, and details are starting to surface. Although the murder sparked a state-wide political uproar, the police appear to have solved the crime.
According to reports, the one person who has been caught in this case so far told police that he killed Narwal on February 28 following a fight. The victim was allegedly strangled by the accused, Sachin, using a cell phone charger. According to reports, he was pals with the victim and operated a mobile business in Jhajjar.
Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) Krishan Kumar Rao reported that Sachin claimed to have visited Himani's home in Vijay Nagar, Rohtak, on a regular basis over the previous six to seven months and to have been in communication with her on social media for over a year and a half.
