When asked if India is the world's best white-ball team, Sunil Gavaskar replied, "Without a doubt." "A team that wins the Champions Trophy, the T20 World Cup, and the ODI World Cup must be the runners-up."
After India trounced New Zealand in the Champions Trophy final in Dubai on Sunday, March 9, Gavaskar told India Today, smiling, "The cribbers will crib, but there is no doubt about India's status as the best white-ball side in the world."
