Toxic Oil Warning: Causes Impotence & Death—Stop Cooking With It!
Poisonous Oil: A Hidden Danger in Your Kitchen
Oil is a common ingredient in every kitchen. Whether it’s frying vegetables or preparing curries, oil plays a vital role in cooking. But not all oils are safe, and one particular type may be doing more harm than good.
According to a report by the Kerala Ayurvedic University of Research Centre, refined oil is linked to the deaths of around 2 million people annually. This alarming statistic raises serious questions about what we’re consuming every day.
Refined oil has been associated with a wide range of health issues, including DNA damage, heart attacks, paralysis, diabetes, blood pressure problems, infertility, liver and kidney damage, cancer, and even vision loss. It may also contribute to conditions like joint pain, bone weakness, impotence, and various skin disorders.
How refined oil is made
The process of making refined oil involves extracting oil from seeds, often along with their husks. To remove impurities, the oil undergoes a chemical refining process that includes the use of substances like water, salt, caustic soda, sulfur, potassium, and other acids. These chemicals help eliminate color, odor, and taste from the oil.
However, this chemical treatment also creates a tar-like residue used in tire manufacturing. The chemicals used in the refining process are toxic and can turn the oil into a harmful substance when consumed regularly.
If you're concerned about your health, it's important to be aware of the kind of oil you're using. Consider switching to cold-pressed or unrefined oils and consult healthcare professionals for safer dietary choices.
