A viral video shows Assam police pushing and dragging Ranveer Allahbadia.

In the midst of the continuing inquiry after his comments on Samay Raina's "India's Got Latent" show, YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia appeared in Guwahati on Friday to appear before the Assam police. The podcaster appears to have been shoved by the police officers in a video that went viral that day.

The Guwahati Police questioned Allahbadia for more than four hours. The viral video shows him being escorted by some police officials up a flight of stairs. Some pushing and pulling seem to be involved. After arriving in the city on Thursday evening, Allahbadia was questioned for several hours by the Crime Branch. He had his advocate with him.

The police squad lead by joint commissioner Ankur Jain questioned Allahbadia, whose remarks on the YouTube program caused a stir online.
