"AI Is Making People Sad": Veteran Investor Criticizes Amazon's 10,000 Layoffs

Whole Circle Amazon's latest layoff announcement was criticized by CIO Gurmeet Chadha, who also criticized the company's usage of corporate language.

 After Amazon announced additional 10,000 layoffs after announcing 18,000 cuts in November, the investor vented his frustration.

He called it all a show and questioned the usage of titles like "Chief People Officer" and "People Experience Head," referring to staff as "family."
