Bajrang Dal activists attack an ayurvedic college in Haridwar over an Iftar party, accusing them of conspiring under Islamic jihad.

Haridwar: In protest over an Iftar celebration in Uttarakhand's Haridwar district, Bajrang Dal militants burst into an ayurvedic college on Saturday, claiming a conspiracy under Islamic jihad.

 The event happened at Rishikul Ayurvedic College on Saturday. There, several Muslim students had an Iftar celebration on campus and invited guests from outside.

 The right-wing activists caused a stir and threatened to agitate more violently if nothing was done about it in three days.

 Later, the Haridwar Police showed up at the college and evicted the right-wing employees.

 In light of the ongoing Islamic holy month of Ramadan, several Muslim students allegedly hosted an Iftar celebration on the college campus on F
