Congress humiliated Ambedkar, tried to murder Constitution: Kiren Rijiju

Union minority and parliamentary affairs minister Kiren Rijiju on Saturday alleged that the Congress had humiliated B R Ambedkar, and accused the party of trying to murder the Constitution by changing the Preamble.
