Mallikarjun Kharge demands space for Manmohan Singh's memorial, writes to PM Narendra Modi

Manmohan Singh passed away in Delhi's AIIMS on Thursday. He was 92. Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge on Friday wrote to Prime Minister Narendra Modi saying the Centre must conduct the funeral of former prime minister Manmohan Singh at a place where his memorial can be constructed.
