On Sunday, there will be some disruptions to Bengaluru Metro's Purple Line. Specifics

In order to facilitate track repair, Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) has announced a temporary suspension of Metro services on a portion of the Purple Line. Train service between the stations on Magadi Road and MG Road will be suspended for three hours on Sunday, March 9, from 7 AM to 10 AM.

Metro stations such as Majestic (Purple Line), Central College, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, Vidhana Soudha, Sir M. Visvesvaraya, Cubbon Park, and Krantiveera Sangolli Rayanna Railway Station would therefore be closed during this time.

BMRCL has stated in an official statement that during the maintenance window, QR ticket purchases will not be possible. Since there won't be any Purple Line trains at Majestic's Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Station until 10 AM, passengers are recommended to refrain from purchasing QR tickets or tokens for transit between the Purple and Green Lines at this time.
