Pahalgam terrorist attack: These are the suspects in the deadly strike that killed 26

Security services released sketches of suspects in the deadly terrorist assault in Jammu and Kashmir's Pahalgam on Wednesday, April 23, as part of a global manhunt to apprehend the perpetrators of the terror act, which killed 26 people, most of whom were tourists.

The attack occurred at the gorgeous Baisaran meadow, a renowned tourist destination near Pahalgam known as "mini-Switzerland." Prime Minister Narendra Modi cut short his visit to Saudi Arabia and returned to Delhi, while Home Minister Amit Shah flew to Kashmir on Tuesday, as the incident triggered urgent high-profile moves and a shift in plans.

The suspects have been identified as Asif Fauji, Suleman Shah, and Abu Talha, according to officials quoted in a PTI news agency report. They also had code names Moosa, Yunus, and Asif and were involved in terror-related acts in Poonch. Survivors assisted in the creation of the sketches, according to officials.
