Amaal Mallik acknowledges having clinical depression and places the blame for their tense relationship with Armaan Malik on their parents.

Mallik New Delhi: Amaal Mallik has revealed something startling. The musician announced his desire to distance himself from family ties in a lengthy Instagram post on Thursday, March 20. 

 Amaal Mallik also disclosed that their parents were to blame for his tense relationship with his brother-singer Armaan Malik. He also talked candidly about his clinical depression. 

"I've reached a point where I can no longer keep silent about the pain I've endured," Amaal Mallik wrote in the article. Despite working day and night to create a safe existence for my people, I have been made to feel inferior for years.

I gave up all of my dreams only to be treated with contempt and have my past actions questioned.
