'Come, tell your story': PM Narendra Modi invites global content creators to make India ‘their playground’

The prime minister also stated that under his administration, the prestigious Padma awards have evolved into the "People's Padma," which recognizes individuals who labor selflessly for society and the nation.
Addressing the inaugural session of the WAVES Summit, Modi stated that the image of the Padma Awards has changed under their rule, and the people have welcomed this shift. PM Modi commented on the success of Indian cinematography, saying, "In the last century, Indian film has been successful in making India popular in every region of the world. This is demonstrated by Raj Kapoor's appeal in Russia, Satyajit Ray's popularity at Cannes, and RRR's triumph at the Oscars."
