Following the 'communal' remark made by Leader of the Opposition Mata Prasad Pandey, Yogi Adityanath, the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, accused the Samajwadi Party of "playing" with India's religious sensibilities. Speaking to the assembly on Tuesday, he claimed that the party led by Akhilesh Yadav has deviated from the principles and beliefs of socialist icon Ram Manohar Lohia.
